Written by the Times Online
SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR A travellers’ encampment sprang up 200 yards from the Cotswolds country home of Tessa Jowell, the Minister for the Olympics and London, over the Bank Holiday weekend. The wife of John Rutter, a businessman, confirmed that the land had been sold by him, but Chris Saint, who represents the area on Warwickshire County Council, said that he knew of no planning consent.
